Nickelodeon Workshop: Kamp Koral Storyboard
I made this sequence for a workshop with Nickelodeon at Ringling College of Art and Design. We were given scripts of episodes from the SpongeBob SquarePants spinoff “Kamp Koral” and tasked with making our own storyboard for them. The script I chose was from the episode “The Switch Glitch,” where Patrick and Karen switch bodies. This Nickelodeon workshop was so much fun and was what made me realize how much I love storyboarding.
Swampsquatch Storyboard
The first storyboard I made for my senior thesis, about a young Skunk Ape (aka Florida Bigfoot) and her adoptive mother, the Forest Spirit.
Autumnal Equinox Storyboard
This sequence is based on my story called Autumnal Equinox, which is about two seasonal sisters who learn to appreciate each others’ differences. This storyboard serves as an introduction to the characters, Summer and Fall, and their contrasting personalities.
March is Craft Month Storyboard
This sequence is based on a comic illustration I made, about a girl who brings color back to a dreary March day with the help of a magical paper lion. I really enjoyed drawing the lion’s poses and expressions for this one.
